Tri-County R-7 teachers started their back-to-school in-service days with their annual scavenger hunt. This year’s teams were divided into tigers, lions, giraffes, monkeys. After David Probasco, superintendent welcomed the staff back and updated them on changes and events going on at the school, Pamela Cox, principal, gave the teams their first clue and they were off!
Teams went from business to business and collected a clue and “assignment” at each place. They took pictures to share with Mrs. Cox from each stop. The groups were working to earn the title of The Most “Random Acts of Kindness”, The Funniest, Best Use of a Prop in their picture , and Best Group Picture.
Several local businesses had snacks, prices, and souvenirs for teachers. Every business was a good sport and joined in the fun with the staff.
